Wren Hop "Joker to the Thief" 2022
This Rosé of Pinot Noir is a "bleed off" or saignée from our estate wine. The juice has minimal skin contact post sorting before completing it's primary fermentation in stainless steel. It finishes aging in neutral French oak, sur lie, for 6 months before bottling. This brings aromatic complexity, beautiful textures and big flavors. Both the joker and the thief can't stop ranting about it.
