Beautiful with a star-bright, brilliant gold color - the 2021 Chardonnay starts with remarkable aromatics of apple galette, shaved almond, and white peach. The palate starts silky and smooth with incredibly crisp flavors of fruit-forward ripe apple and toast. Brioche and nutmeg lead to a midpalate of succulent nectarine, pear, and oak with slight minerality. A hint of spice and lemon meringue add to a long satisfying finish. Complex and completely delicious, this Chardonnay remains focused and balanced throughout every sip.
