Director's Great Movies Merlot 2015
2015 Merlot from Sonoma County provided this wine with lots of juicy, ripe fruit creating a full mouth of flavor. Monterey's slightly cooler climate gave us more structured blackberry notes creating a dense but structured Merlot, perfectly blending both appellation's features. This beautiful 2015 Merlot drinks with concentrated complexity. With an intensely perfumed nose of boysenberries, cherries and cloves touched by a spiced shortbread note, the aromas are consistent with its vivacious flavor expressions.
