This Estate-grown wine is decidedly rich and textural, driven by a dynamic trio of clones. A hallmark of our winemaking is keying into the uniqueness both in the vineyard and in the cellar through fermentation techniques and vessel types. As a result, this vintage is complex, beautifully aromatic, and delicious. On the nose the wine is driven by stone fruit, jasmine, and chai spice. On the palate, textural viscosity balances with the natural acidity from our windy Estate vineyard. The 2021 is a new benchmark for quality in our Pinot Blanc and a favorite of our winemaking team. As with many of our wines, this wine is delicious in its youth, but built to surprise you with sometime in the cellar.
