2019 was a beautiful growing season, with a healthy crop, a long growing season with deliciously concentrated fruit while maintaining our desired acidity and structure. Classically charged, our winemaking team relishes in the old-world charm that Sonoma County can offer with this gem of a Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard. On the nose the wine shows chocolate ganache, cigar wrapper and a touch of anise and crème de cassis. On the palate inviting freshness drives toward a clean, full-bodied wine with well-woven tannins that build to a long, satisfying finish.
