Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2021
The 2021 DAOU Estate Sauvignon Blanc represents the lighter side of Bordeaux varieties grown on DAOU Mountain. This wine exhibits classic varietal aromas of lemongrass, gooseberry, grapefruit and quince, all rounded out with notes of flint, acacia, wet stone and sweet oak. The palate is crisp and clean, showing abundant flavors of key lime, honeysuckle, white peach and kiwi accented by Crenshaw melon, green apple and dragon fruit. A long, generous finish lingers with hints of pineapple, melon and passionfruit.

DAOU Vineyards
Brothers Georges and Daniel Daou set forth across the globe to find an unrivaled terroir for producing Cabernet Sauvignon, a quest that led them to a place of foretold greatness: DAOU Mountain in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. DAOU is a family owned and operated winery committed to producing collectible, world-class wine to rival the most respected appellations. Standing alone at 2,200 feet, this remarkable mountain was once described by André Tchelistcheff, legendary winemaking authority, as “a jewel of ecological elements.”
