Estate Zinfandel Port 2016
A small portion of our Estate Zinfandel vineyard is used to make a couple barrels of this decadent port wine. Contrary to the Late Harvest Chardonnay, the grapes for this are picked during our initial harvest and are produced by adding a neutral grain spirit during fermentation. Dark, rich and sweet, this port makes for a perfect pairing with dark chocolate, brownies and ice cream.
