It has to be tasted to be believed. Essentially what we have done is pack a rich & complex Syrah, full of the character from two of Sonoma County’s finest AVAs, and put it through a traditional Methode Champenoise process to create one of wine countries most exciting & secret stars. Our winemaker calls this “a party in a bottle”… an experience you won’t want to miss! Alcohol 13% – Cases Produced 250 Pairs incredibly perfectly with Chef Bruce Riezenman of Park Avenue Catering, Park 121 and the Pair It app’s Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Chorizo & Balsamic Glaze.
