A complex nose of blackberry and preserved strawberries, cedar and pine needle, smoked pork and jamon serrano, black pepper and pie crust.The supple palate opens with ripe black and red fruits. Profile shifts seamlessly into cured meats and barbeque, cedar, chocolate covered cherries, cinnamon and black pepper and finishes with elegant, soft tannins and excellent length.
