Paradise Estate Reserve Pinot Noir 2016
Perfumed and floral, with cherry, berry and cassis interlaced with delicate five spice. The tannins are firm, but rounded, with an underlying minerality coupled with our trademark silky texture and the long clean finish which has been enhanced through cold soaking and fermenting in small lot fermentations. Beautiful!
