Our flagship product, rha, is wine made with rhubarb from Maine farms. This refreshing wine is dry and a bit acidic. It is meant to be served chilled. It pairs well with fatty and sweet foods. It also pairs well with fried seafood. This wine is sophisticated enough for wine drinkers but is approachable enough for the craft beer drinker. This year's wine is made with rhubarb from Spiller Farm in Wells and Dole's Orchard in Limington.
