We are a small, family winery focused on making balanced, elegant wines from the hidden corners of California Wine Country. We strive to make wines that showcase the diverse terroirs that we source from. That means picking grapes earlier and using less new oak in the cellar than many winemakers in California. Brooks Note also takes pride in digging a little deeper for the vineyards we source from.
While our focus lies squarely on Pinot Noir, Brooks Note also produces limited amounts of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Rosé, a Rhône-inspired red blend, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Blaufränkisch. We like to keep things interesting!
