Appellation: Napa Valley Vineyard: Persistence Vineyard Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc Fermentation: 20% Barrel, 30% Concrete, and 50% Stainless Steel. Note – No Skin Contact Cooperage: Aged 10 Months with 30% New Oak, 30% Concrete, and 40% 1 Year Neutral Barrel Alcohol: 14.3% Juicy white peaches and nectarines are complemented by the luxurious guava, pink pineapple, passion fruit, coconut and golden kiwi, with subtle hints of citrus, such as Meyer lemon and key lime. The acidity is vibrant, yet not overbearing, and lets the mid-palate tell a tale of a perfect growing season. It finishes clean and crisp, yet immensely satisfying.
