Inside Out 2020
Our version of the classic "Beaujolais Nouveau" that we call Inside Out. Inside Out is one of our smaller production wines and tends to sell out every year. Beaujolais Nouveau is the name of a wine made in Beaujolais region of France. This wine is made with a fermentation process called "carbonic maceration" and produces a light, fruity, easy to drink red that is often served slightly chilled. The "carbonic maceration" process was developed over a century ago by locals to celebrate the end of the harvest season. 100% whole cluster fermentation using carbonic maceration in a sealed tank without punch down or pump over.

Element 79 Vineyards is nestled in the rolling hills of El Dorado County, deep in the heart of California Gold Country, our property is located in the Fair Play AVA, which has the distinction of being the California AVA with the highest average elevation. Situated at 2,400 feet above sea level, our property encompasses 70 acres- 32 of which are planted with grapes.
