The winery-founded in 2016-rests on an 1890s Texas Hill Country homestead and is managed by proprietor, winemaker and sommelier Silouan Bradford.
Silouan believes that the symbiosis of nature and nurture facilitate the milieu in which the most expressive wines come into being. When the character of the fruit is allowed expression through non-interventionistic wine production methods, the results are wines of place and of pleasure.
Saint Tryphon is the patron saint grape-growers, gardeners, hunters and horses. His feast day is celebrated on Feburary 1st accompanied by prayers for the upcoming growing season.
