Bring a bit of Carneros sunshine to your day while tasting through a flight curated from our portfolio. Seated at a table, guests will be guided through a flight featuring five wines from our Cellar Note Series, Single Vineyard Wines and Estate Collection.
This Estate-grown wine is decidedly rich and textural, driven by a dynamic trio of clones. A hallmark of our winemaking is keying into the uniqueness both in the vineyard and in the cellar through fermentation techniques and vessel types. As a result, this vintage is complex, beautifully aromatic, and delicious. On the nose the wine is driven by stone fruit, jasmine, and chai spice. On the palate, textural viscosity balances with the natural acidity from our windy Estate vineyard. The 2021 is a new benchmark for quality in our Pinot Blanc and a favorite of our winemaking team. As with many of our wines, this wine is delicious in its youth, but built to surprise you with sometime in the cellar....
View WineIt pays homage to the classic rosés of Southern France with its beautiful pale color and vibrant personality. On the nose are enticing aromas of tangerine, orange blossom, and guava. The wine's refreshing acidity and lively freshness are perfectly balanced on the palate, leading to a long and satisfying finish. Although pretty on the eyes, this exquisite salmon-hued wine is sophisticated and complex. It’s perfect for summer activities or enjoy it with your favorite meals year-round....
View WineThe Cellar Note series is a cuvée of the vintage where we seek not only varietal typicity but hallmarks of each vintage. With ample rainfall heading into the 2019 growing season, we were able to establish canopies early allowing for a balanced crop-load. A warm, consistent summer shuttled our fruit to perfection. It was produced from three different vineyards, led by Flax Vineyard with 64%, 18% from El Diablo Vineyard and 18% from our estate vineyard. This is a stunner of a Chardonnay, with its aromas of fennel and chamomile and precise acidity married with concentration and depth. Small amounts of Montrachet clone and Robert Young clone provide flavors of stone fruit and bright acidity while clone 98 and Mt Eden clone provide dimension and length to this exciting bottling....
View WineGrown in rocky soils at the base of the Sonoma Mountain range, this vintage is concentrated and hedonistic while preserving plenty of verve on the palate. Similar to past years, we were able to obtain great fruit concentration while still preserving beautiful natural acidity—a testament to the diurnal shift from the cool nights to warm afternoons. Smaller berries and an overall increase of fruit concentration than previous vintages, the 2019 harvest was separated into three different lots with varying whole-cluster percentages from 10% - 30%. The separate lots were fermented in both oak foudres and stainless-steel tanks. On the nose, blue fruits, plum and violets dominate. The purity of the vintage shines through with a wonderful balance of richness and focus. One of the more generous Pinot Noirs in our portfolio, the Gap’s Crown Vineyard provides consistently balanced fruit at reasonable alcohol and ripeness....
View WineThe wine is built around the Pommard clone which drives the wine with dense fruits of Santa Rosa plum, ripe pomegranate, and red currant. The wine’s compelling edge comes from the balanced blended with the older block planted to clone 115 which turned 21 years old at the time of harvest. The older block is the quintessential spice-box, with Asian 5-spice and incense. On the palate, the Pommard is plush and round, while the 115 is masculine and defined, creating balance between the two in the final assemblage....
