Paloma Vineyard is the highest vineyard and winery on Spring Mountain, sitting at 2250 feet. Generally, we wake above the valley floor fog in brilliant sunshine. We tend to be cooler in the daytime and warmer at night than on the valley floor. Winemaker and owner, Sheldon, and his single employee farm 15 acres, just over 8000 vines. It's a lot for our little two-man organization, but it's a labor of love!
