The staff were incredibly snobby and rude, which really tainted what could have been a pleasant experience. From dismissive attitudes to outright condescension, it was clear that customer service was not a priority here. The atmosphere, though promising, was overshadowed by the unwelcoming demeanor of the employees. As a wine enthusiast, I appreciate a welcoming environment where I can enjoy and learn about wines, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would caution others looking for a vineyard experience to consider other options where hospitality is valued. more...
