Founded in 2000 by young entrepreneur, Cane Vanderhoof, Miramonte has emerged as one of the most respected and forward thinking boutique wineries of southern California. Located in the heart of the Temecula Valley, the winery and estate vineyard sit at an elevation of 1400 feet, our remaining vineyards are located between 1400 and 1600 feet. We also buy premium fruit from 44 acres of local vineyards --- with a special focus on what are generally considered the traditional grapes varieties of Spain, Portugal and southern France.
