Completed in 2008, this state-of-the-art facility is located in the heart of Russian River Valley near the town of Sebastopol. Nestled amid the vines at Coopersmith vineyard, tastings educate visitors about Merry’s handcrafted Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Experience wines produced with a genuine sense of place using site-specific viticulture and gentle, traditional winemaking practices. In-Depth Tasting
Our in-depth tasting is offered only by appointment at set times, and typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Our guests taste our Chardonnay, four of our single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and finish with our Sauvignon Blanc. This is a seated tasting presented in a small-session, educational format. We can accommodate only up to 8 people total per tasting (smaller groups may be combined). Appointments are offered at 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m., based on availability. Walk-In Tasting
For those who have limited time, we offer a walk-in tasting that doesn’t require an appointment and typically lasts 15-25 minutes. Our guests taste one of our regional Pinot Noirs, two of our single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and finish with our Sauvignon Blanc. The tasting is presented in a small-session, educational format. Please be aware that there may be a 5- to 15-minute wait for a walk-in tasting during peak hours. We request that groups of 8 or more call at least 24 hours in advance for availability. We cannot accommodate groups larger than 8.
(Please note: Well-supervised children are welcomed, though not encouraged, as our tastings are presented in an educational format, and we regret that we are unable to host bachelorette or bachelor parties. Also note that our winery is patrolled by cats. No canines, please -- assistance dogs are exempt. Thank you for your understanding.)
