We partially barrel ferment this estate wine which allows for a heavier body making this a white wine even red wine drinkers can enjoy. A swirl and a sniff of this wine will immediately make you think Juicy Fruit gum. On the nose a remarkable fragrance of honeysuckle and cantaloupe. On the palate you are rewarded with flavors of juicy apricot and an amazing big mouthfeel with a long finish revealing layers of complexity and spice notes....

Our version of the classic "Beaujolais Nouveau" that we call Inside Out. Inside Out is one of our smaller production wines and tends to sell out every year. Beaujolais Nouveau is the name of a wine made in Beaujolais region of France. This wine is made with a fermentation process called "carbonic maceration" and produces a light, fruity, easy to drink red that is often served slightly chilled. The "carbonic maceration" process was developed over a century ago by locals to celebrate the end of the harvest season. 100% whole cluster fermentation using carbonic maceration in a sealed tank without punch down or pump over....

This rare field blend of 49% Syrah and 51% Viognier is co-fermented then aged 9 months in French Oak. ​This wine has wonderful aromas of dark cherry and stone fruit with just a hint of pipe tobacco.
