We are an independent micro-winery focusing on Tempranillo, Albariño, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and red blends. Our grapes come from the Paso Robles and Central Coast regions of California and are picked and sorted by hand. Our wines are produced in small amounts. We believe this high level of focus and attention to detail results in exceptional wines.
Croma Vera was founded in 2015 by Mindy Oliver. Mindy and winemaker Jeremy Leffert (also of Tooth & Nail Wine Company) believe in guiding meticulously-farmed grapes with minimal intervention, allowing the vineyards to show their true colors. Our winery's name is also a nod towards our founder's background as a graphic artist. Our logo, labels and website were designed by Mindy.
