Nichols Winery is a small winery, established in 1991 to produce ultra premium wines with limited production of each Varietal. The winery produces Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Meritage and Zinfandel. The winery is in Paso Robles, CA. The Nichols brand is an ultra premium brand with attention to quality and detail over quantity. The wine is aged in 100% French Oak and further aged for 10 years in the bottle before release.
