At Signor, we are focused on the creation of unique, soulful, small-batch wines reflective of the terroir from which they are born. We hand-pick all of our estate grapes to ensure quality. Our estate vineyard in Fredericksburg, Texas is home to seven varietals planted across 17 acres: Tannat, Montepulciano, Touriga Nacional, Petite Sirah, Mourvèdre, Tempranillo, and Sangiovese.
