A place of abundant natural beauty, Lynmar Estate borders the western edge of the Laguna de Santa Rosa, the largest tributary of the Russian River, and Sonoma County’s richest wildlife preserve. Situated just 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean, Lynmar Estate benefits from the influences of a maritime climate. The ebb and flow of warm days and cool evenings create an ideal climate for cultivating Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Lynmar Estate in Sonoma County's Russian River Valley produces excellent Pinot Noir and clean, crisp Chardonnay. I call it the "garden in the vineyards" because that's the most accurate way to describe the tasting area. Tasting in the garden (see photo) is a great way to enjoy sips, but indoor seating is equally comfortable. During months it's offered, do not miss the "Lynmar Experience." This is a full meal and a great way to experience Lynmar's superior wines. A destination to build your Sonoma County wine tasting trip around. more...
