From the Steven Gribaudo Vineyards in Acampo Lodi AVA to “the highest and coldest winery” where winemaker Katy Carroll Jones performed an ultra cold fermentation using the natural cold sierra temperatures to achieve a well balanced, fruit forward wine with great structure. 10% of our proceeds from this wine go to Truckee/Tahoe Local Charities-for a list of the charities we support, please go to: TRW Gives Back Tasting notes Aromas of pears and sliced apples are accompanied by hints of lime and grapefruit blossom. The palate is bright with flavors of white peach and lime, finishing crisp and cleanly with rounded acidity.
