A sensory experience where we pair our wines with cheeses and accouterments. You will taste through our current releases each paired with a cheese that will accentuate flavors in the wine. The artfully selected accouterments will bring together the all the flavors of the pairings.

  • 2018 Timber Crest Sauvignon Blanc


    Winemaker Notes: The estate 120-acre Timber Crest Vineyard is located off Dry Creek Road. Picking our Sauvignon Blanc at different ripeness levels gives this wine versatility and complexity. The natural acidity and citrus components of the earlier pick, and the more viscous mouth-feel and tropical components of the later pick, make this a layered Sauvignon Blanc. To further enhance the mouthfeel, we barrel-fermented 100% of the wine in Acacia wood barrels, and stirred them weekly....

  • 2017 Peters Vineyard Chardonnay


    Winemaker's Note: Planted in West Sebastopol, this is a premier location for Chardonnay. The vineyard is next to Luther Burbank’s Farm and the soil composition is rich Goldridge Sandy Loam. With the consistent coastal fog extending hang time well into October, this fruit is fully developed and loaded with complexity. The Chardonnay is comprised of Clones 4 and 76. Reminiscent of a classic white Burgundy, this chardonnay displays flavors of ripe pineapple and vibrant minerality accompanied by mouth-watering natural acidity typically found in Peters Vineyard....

  • 2017 Grenache


    Winemaker Notes: This Grenache is a beautiful expression of fruit and minerality. The layers of flavors are very apparent and the red fruit notes of cranberry, strawberry, and cherry burst from the glass. The complexity of the wine is shown on the palate with ripe tannins and a long finish that showcases the varietal and the appellation. This is a great food wine and pairs well with grilled meats and stews.   • 2017 Pauline's Zinfandel


    We have two rows of Petite Sirah planted in our vineyard that we pick with the Zinfandel and create a co-fermentation. The co-fermentation makes up 2% of the blend adding spice and depth. This viscous Zinfandel is all parts great, with a banner year, a world class appellation, and a vineyard made with the famous Cortina soil. This deep purple wine greets with bright aromas of red current and cherry with subtle notes of clove. Medium bodied, with velvety tannins, bright jammy flavors of baked fruit and pomegranate dance across the palate....

  • 2016 Ruth's Vineyard Cabernet


    Winemaker Notes: The 2016 Cabernet is a beautiful mix of brightness and depth right from the beginning with tantalizing aromas of Boysenberry pie and layers of earthy Eucalyptus. Flavors of blackberry and pomegranate are interwoven with subtle notes of black currant.
