Our late disgorged Alquimia is named in honor of the magic of winemaking and how we transform hand-picked Carneros grapes into our version of liquid gold. Every year a unique creation is released exclusively to our club members with limited availability. This vintage wine is one-of-a-kind, it is a four-and-a-half-year-aged brut that is both elegant and complex. This sparkler opens with aromas of cherry cream soda and citrus. Juicy Fuji apple greets the palate followed by fresh Navel orange. Notes of lemongrass lead to a lingering creamy finish....

Sparkling wine aficionados around the world admire well-crafted Rosé for its beautiful color, unique fruit character and great versatility in pairing with food. This Brut Rosé is strongly influenced by a preponderance of Pinot Noir in the blend, while a small amount of Chardonnay contributes structure and an extended finish. Crisp citrus notes followed by soft white floral aromas of honeysuckle and orange blossom greet the nose. On the palate, red fruit evolves from raspberry and watermelon to tart flavors of cranberry and kumquat. Tangerine and honeydew round out the fruit mid-palate, and a lovely oyster shell minerality meets you with a lingering acidity for the finish....

In Champagne, Blanc de Blancs is considered the most challenging to make yet the most coveted. In California, Blanc de Blancs is known as one of the most versatile sparkling wines due to its lively acidity. This acidity comes from using only Chardonnay, hence the “white of white” translation of its name. This sparkling Chardonnay opens with fresh floral aromas, followed by a hint of lemon. On the palate, bright notes of ripe stone fruit and citrus lead to a beautiful mousse with a creamy finish and an excellent mouthfeel....

A showcase for our estate vineyard, Gloria Ferrer has been perfecting the Royal Cuvée since we served the first vintage to the King and Queen of Spain in 1987. Royal Cuvée is a perfect balance of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that allows for the wine to retain its fruit vibrancy and develop layers of complexity from the extended aging of over four and a half years. Earthy aromas and toasty brioche greet the nose. Aromas of baking spice and flavors reminiscent of warm apple pie meld together to please all aspects of the palate. Red apple and D’Anjou pear flavors give way to citrus notes of mandarin orange and Meyer lemon. Fruit flavors linger in the finish....

The Demi-Sec was created with an eye toward the sweeter things in life, while maintaining the crispness and acidity you’ve come to love in Gloria Ferrer wines. This finely balanced, semi-sweet sparkling wine is fruit forward, subtle and clean. The nose has lovely stone fruit aromas of peaches and apricots, with lemon meringue pie and candied ginger rounding out the fruit. On the front of the palate, there is soft white chocolate followed by rich quince and tart kumquat rounded out with an herbaceous finish....
