Appointment only tastings. While the tasting fee is a little steep, the wines are worth it. Absolutely stunning Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and their Casteñada Table Red and Rose are quite tasty, too. The Adobe is small, but the history is rich, and the staff is always extremely helpful. Definitely sign up to be on the wine list. more...
