Renowned winemaker David Ramey and his wife Carla founded Ramey Wine Cellars in 1996 and Sidebar Cellars in 2014.
For Ramey, they work with prestigious vineyards in Sonoma County and Napa Valley, and craft some of the most highly praised and sought after Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah produced in the world today.
Sidebar provides the opportunity to produce wines from different varietals other than those used under the Ramey label, as well as the option to utilize appellations beyond Sonoma County and Napa Valley.
**Open by Appointment – We offer a hosted tasting in a seated environment so that you can relax and truly appreciate the wines. We are open for tastings by appointment, Monday through Saturday at 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM (excluding holidays). Tastings last approximately one hour and the fee is $35 per guest. Customized, private tastings are available starting at $60 per guest.
